Flexible Working
No two businesses are the same, so no single approach is right. Depending on the business structure, the particular issues, the specific requirements and of course the people, we will establish the right way to work together.
Project based – some clients have specific problems and opportunities that can be identified, addressed and solved in an isolated fashion. Such issues tend to have clearly defined requirements and outcomes, and can be addressed on a project basis.
Ongoing – sometimes a quick fix can't be achieved and a business needs help across a number of areas. In such cases we work closely with our clients over an extended period of time, giving as much or as little input as is required or wanted.
Ad hoc – business often has an unpredictable nature, and new and unforeseen opportunities that need careful consideration and planning can present themselves out of the blue. For this we provide expertise, support and advice when it is needed.
We also work closely with a wide network of specialist consultants whom we call on when input requiring specific skills is required.
